German death card of Simon Maier (Sanitätsfeldwebel in panzerabteilung) He died at the age of 30 after he was heavily wounded on march 3, 1944. He died in an lazarett in Augsburg. He was awarded the Iron Cross 1st class, 2nd class, infanterie sturmabzeichen, ost medaille and wound badge.
