Article 1:
The buyer can only return the item(s) if the item(s) that were sold by us as original turns out not to be original. If the item(s) turn(s) out to have been wrongly returned, the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Return item? After your order has been delivered you can return the purchased item(s) within 2 days, please contact us to discuss the return. Before we accept a return, we expect evidence that shows the product in question is not original (a reason from the seller themselves does NOT qualify).
Article 2:
Payment must be made by PayPal, bank transfer or upon collection of the item(s). In the Netherlands and Belgium, payment must always be made via bank transfer; for other countries, PayPal may be used.
Article 3.
Shipping will be done by PostNL or DHL with track and trace. Insurance is not included as standard with shipping, this can be purchased separately. Shipping to countries outside the EU (Europe) is not possible due to customs and the possible ban on military items including the 3rd Reich.
Article 4.
Tim's Militaria is not liable for any damage or loss of a shipped item. However, Tim's Militaria is liable for selling non-original items as original (See article 1 for more information)
Article 5.
The buyer is liable for the damage and/or loss of a shipped item. This falls under 'shipping at own risk'. For a product that is shipped insured, Tim's Militaria will contact the shipping company (in this case PostNL or DHL) to see what can be done and what the possible compensation is.
Article 6.
The address listed as sender on the packages is NOT the location where the products themselves are located.
Article 7.
All items offered on our site are original (unless otherwise stated) The items offered are checked for originality before they are put up for sale. It is of course possible that a mistake is made, this can be solved by returning the item (see article 1 for more information)
Article 8.
There are items that have a lifetime warranty (if this is the case, this will be indicated in the description). Different return rules apply to these items than those stated in article 1.
Article 9.
After placing an order (through all possible means, not just the site), the order must be canceled within 2 days. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, so be quick in canceling an order.
