Soldbuch & Wehrpass Wilhelm Haneisen (4-medal WW1 veteran & Norway 44-45)
Wilhelm Haneisen's Soldbuch & Wehrpass! Both passes are in very good condition and complete with passport photo, etc. The Soldbuch also contains three leaflets.
Wilhelm was born on January 25, 1897, in Erfurt. His father (Karl Haneisen) died in 1900, and his mother in 1944. He enlisted during the First World War and fought on the Eastern Front from 1916 to 1917, and on the Western Front in 1918. At the end of the First World War, he received the Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914. He likely remained in service between the First and Second World Wars, receiving the Iron Cross 1st Class in 1920, the Verwundetenabzeichen Black in 1937, and the Ehrenkreuz für Frontkampfer in 1935. Between October 1944 and 1945, he fought in Norway and probably helped with the transport of the 2cm FLAK
He received numerous promotions during his service and in POW and experienced many things, as evidenced by his weapons and medals. (Information about Wilhelm may not be 100% correct)
See last picture for information about his ranks and medals
A very nice set with a Wehrpass and Soldbuch for one person! You see these sets less and less often.
